Are your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch sold by Tempus Oro is genuine, authorised stock. We do not sell replicas or grey-market goods.

Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, our watches are covered by manufacturer and/or retailer warranty terms. Please contact us at tempusoro@gmail.com for the specific warranty period and terms applicable to your watch.

How long does delivery take?
Orders within South Africa typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free nationwide shipping on orders over R3,000. Orders below this threshold are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Can I return a watch if I change my mind?
Yes, unworn watches in original condition with all packaging and accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if my watch arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us as soon as possible at tempusoro@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we primarily deliver within South Africa. Contact us if you are enquiring about international delivery.
